The ‘Emergent Agency in a Time of Covid-19’ research project convened a global conversation between activists, development practitioners, and researchers to better understand the phenomena that were taking place in response to the pandemic. It aimed to understand the relevant and potentially positive side effects of the pandemic: the response it triggers among low-income and excluded communities around the world.
